Damage or Problems?
Received with damage or a defect? Report your problem directly to customer service within 2 business days and add photos for support.


Returns for Unopened Products
Only unopened products (still in foil) are eligible for return up to 14 days after receipt. Contact customer service for return instructions. Return costs are at your own expense.

Refunds are not possible in the following cases:
- If you accidentally enter the wrong address during checkout, for example without an apartment or suite number, we will not be able to issue a refund. Always double check your shipping information before placing your order to avoid any issues.

- If you don't pick up your parcel at the post office in time, we can't make a refund. Make sure you track your parcel and pick it up quickly to avoid it being returned or thrown away.

- If the shipping company states that your package has been delivered to the address provided, we cannot issue a refund if the package is lost or stolen after delivery.

- We do not issue refunds if your package does not arrive on the expected date or before a specific holiday. Delivery time may vary due to things outside of our control, such as carrier delays, customs, or seasonal crowds.

- If you have already received a free exchange or reshipment for your original order, we cannot issue an additional refund for the same order.

-If you refuse the shipment upon delivery, we cannot issue a refund.

In some of the above cases, we can make a partial refund. Please inquire with customer service.
